陶熙DOWSIL（原道康宁）TC-5288 硅脂是针对服务器研发的高性能新型导热化合物，TC-5288导热硅脂由导热填料颗粒和经优化的有机硅聚合物配制而成，可用于改善高端电子系统的性能、可靠性和装配效率，包括：计算机微处理器（MPU）,用于云计算、数据网络和电信基础设施的服务器，以及用于游戏机、自动驾驶汽车和人工智能的图形处理单元（GPU）。
